✅ Minimum 3 years of verifiable work experience operating farm machinery, including tractors, attachments, and other equipment.
💰 Pay Rate: $28–$36 per hour
📌 Job token available.

2. DIESEL MECHANICS
✅ Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience servicing, maintaining, and repairing a varied fleet, from utes to heavy equipment.
✅ Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills required.
💰 Pay Rate: $30–$42 per hour
📌 Applicants must hold a Resident Visa or an Open Work Visa.

This leadership role offers responsibility for operations, people, financial performance, customer relationships, and business growth. You'll work closely with the owners while leading a team of approximately 20 staff across engineering, manufacturing, sales, service, and administration.
