If you're an independent initiator wanting real ownership in the process and you're keen for a lifestyle shift with professional upside, this could be the move that changes everything.

About the Role:
You'll be stepping into a position where you're not just "part of the team" — you're central to how the pharmacy operates day to day and how it grows long term. Your scope includes:
- Business ownership
- Identifying growth opportunities and implementing improvements
- Leading dispensary operations
- Driving clinical services and patient engagement
- Managing workflow, team culture, and daily decision‑making
This is a chance to step into a role where your leadership is visible, valued, and genuinely impactful.

Who You Are
You'll thrive here if you are:
- A self‑starter who doesn't wait for permission
- Someone who wants to run and own a pharmacy, not just work in one
- Ready to take responsibility
- Keen for an adventure and open to a lifestyle shift
- Confident in your clinical practice and communication
- Motivated by both patient outcomes and business success
- Someone who wants to build something meaningful
- A NZ‑registered pharmacist

What's On Offer:
- A role with genuine ownership and leadership scope
- A new and collaborative environment
- Freedom to innovate and influence business direction
- A lifestyle that blends community, nature, and professional growth
