We’re looking for a detail‑driven Admin professional with hands-on third‑party logistics (3PL) experience in a chilled or temperature‑controlled food environment. This is a 4‑week assignment to support peak activity and ensure smooth, compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Order and shipment administration
Temperature‑controlled logistics coordination: schedule collections/deliveries within chill chain requirements; confirm trailer temps, seal integrity, and time slots.
Warehouse and 3PL liaison: track stock movements
Documentation and compliance: maintain SOPs, temperature records
Customer service: respond to delivery queries, shortages, damages, and re-delivery requests; provide clear status updates.

What You’ll Need:
Proven experience in an admin/coordinator role within 3PL - ideally chilled foods (FMCG or grocery supply chain).
Strong understanding of cold chain requirements, shelf‑life/batch control, and retailer compliance.
Excellent attention to detail, prioritization, and communication under tight timelines.

We are looking for an experienced Container Dispatcher to join our logistics and transport operations Team based in South Auckland. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in container transport, wharf cartage, or logistics administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on keeping operations running smoothly.
As a Container Dispatcher, you will play a key role in supporting daily transport operations, coordinating freight movements, communicating with customers and carriers, and ensuring compliance and administrative requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day operational support to the transport team
• Liaise with customers, carriers, and drivers regarding shipment updates, delays, and scheduling changes
• Coordinate daily transport activities and ensure freight movements are managed efficiently
• Process, verify, and reconcile invoices and vendor charges
• Maintain compliance records including fatigue management documentation and logbook filing
• Monitor and action system alerts and operational notifications
• Ensure transport management systems are updated accurately
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency

About You
• Previous experience in FCL dispatching, transport coordination, or logistics administration
• Experience within a wharf cartage, freight forwarding, or transport environment
• Sound knowledge of NZTA fatigue management regulations and Chain of Responsibility requirements
• Experience using transport management systems and CargoWise (preferred)
• Strong administration, invoicing, and reconciliation experience
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
• A proactive, flexible, and team-focused approach
