🏆 Belated Congratulations to Alex Eballaran! 🏆

A little late, but definitely worth celebrating!

We'd like to recognise Alex Eballaran for receiving the Top Gun Award for August at Placemakers Dunedin.

Alex was recognised for making a real difference to workplace safety through outstanding safety improvement ideas. By identifying opportunities to improve the way work is done and suggesting practical solutions, Alex helped create a safer environment for everyone on site.

Recognition like this reflects the positive impact that skilled, proactive workers can have in the workplace every day.

Well done, Alex! We're proud of your achievement and grateful to see your hard work being recognised. 👏

Today we’re seeing off our fearless leader, Chad Yee Ojales, as he heads over the ditch for a new adventure.

Chad has been a huge part of NZ Careers for the past 3+ years. While he’s only recently been given the official General Manager title, he’s been operating in that capacity for most of his time with us –leading from the front, backing the team, and helping shape the direction of the business.

It’s a bittersweet day.

Bitter –because Chad’s impact has been massive. Not just on the business, but on each of us personally. Whether it was strategy, problem-solving, or simply reframing a challenge, he always made things clearer and better.

Sweet –because we couldn’t be happier for Chad and his family as they take on the next chapter, starting in Australia.

Chad, thank you for everything. We wish you nothing but success and happiness. You will be missed.

From all your managers, admin support, directors and wider team including the ground team making it all possible
❤️
