- Kristin grew up in Tauranga, and despite living in Christchurch for the past 26 years, she still considers herself a Bay of Plenty local!
- If she could only eat one food for the rest of her life, it would be potatoes – she loves anything and everything potato! 🥔
- She is a proud dog mum to two very spoilt French Bulldogs, Lily and Harry. 🐶
- When she's not at work, you'll likely find her out riding her road bike or mountain bike! 🚴‍♀️
- She once had a cycling accident that resulted in a ride in the Rescue Helicopter. Since experiencing this lifesaving service firsthand, she never misses an opportunity to donate to their annual appeal. 🚁❤️
- If she weren't working in recruitment, her dream alternative career would be a private investigator! 🕵️‍♀️

- Hayley trained as a nurse in Auckland and has worked in surgical, mental health, and GP nursing in Auckland, Dunedin, and Christchurch.
- She is a mother of three busy and very sporty kids and is an amateur expert in rugby, rowing, hockey, and volleyball.
- Her secret wish is to be a backup singer, and she sings in the shower... a lot! 🎤
- She worked as a vet nurse after school and during the holidays for 11 years and has two dogs. 🐶
- If she didn’t live in NZ, she would sneak away and live in Rarotonga. 🌴
- Her favourite food is anything cheesy, and she also loves to travel! 🧀✈️
