Coverstaff is recruiting on behalf of one of the world’s leading airport service providers, and we’re looking for friendly, reliable people to join their Customer Service & Passenger Assistance team.
✈️ What you’ll be doing:
• Assisting passengers who require wheelchair or mobility support
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Helping passengers have a safe and smooth journey through the airport
• Working alongside airline and airport teams to keep things moving
🙋 What we’re looking for:
✅ Friendly, reliable and well organised
✅ Physically capable of assisting passengers with mobility needs
✅ Confident English communication skills
✅ Full or Restricted NZ driver’s licence
✅ Available for a rotating 24/7 roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
✅ Able to pass drug & alcohol testing, MOJ, aviation security and reference checks
