World Mental Health Day | 10 October 💚

Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change.

In our industry, we look out for each other on the job. That care needs to extend to mental health too.

People who have experienced mental health challenges know what support helped them, what was missing and what could be better. Their voices need to help shape how we support our workmates and learners.

At MITA, we encourage everyone to make time for a conversation, listen without judging and ask rather than assume what someone needs.

Whether you’re on the tools, in the classroom or in the office, you deserve to be heard and supported.
