Most international workforce solutions involves three different parties: the recruiter, the client, and an outsourced immigration adviser.

We collapsed that down to one team.

We've seen it first hand, the moment something this important sits outside your own team, you're relying on someone else's priorities, someone else's availability, someone else's timeline and we believe that with your workforce plans, and someone's move across the world riding on it - it's worth the extra complexity of handling it ourselves.

A bad hire shows up on your timeline first, your site risk second, and your budget third.

We eliminate that risk before it exists. It's exactly why we test on the tools, in person, before we even consider processing a visa.

By the time someone boards a flight to New Zealand, the question isn't "will they be able to do the job." That's already answered.

The only question left is when they start.

During the week, our crew are on the tools working on some of the largest infrastructure projects nationwide. On the weekend, some of them saw snow for the first time in their lives!

New Zealand has a well documented shortage of skilled civil and infrastructure workers. These are the people helping fill that gap - not just as a workforce solution, but as skilled professionals building long-term careers in a country that genuinely needs the skills they bring.

For our crew, this is more than a job. It's a new country, a new chapter, and an opportunity that changes lives. For New Zealand, it's projects getting delivered on time, skills gaps getting filled with high quality workers, and infrastructure getting built.

This is what a well managed international workforce programme looks like - a country getting the skills it needs, and people getting the opportunity of a lifetime.

Quality is the first question every business asks when considering international talent. Every part of our process is designed to eliminate that risk.

A CV tells you what someone has done.
A video interview tells you what they want you to hear.
Sitting across from someone tells you who they actually are.

How they respond under pressure, whether their English is worksite ready, whether they're genuinely prepared for the reality of building a life in a new country - these are the some of the things that determine whether a placement actually works.

We're not only assessing whether someone meets the needs of a project, but we're making sure this is the right opportunity for them too. A good outcome is never one sided.

Christchurch has been waiting a long time for this one!

Project Ark is the $150 million restoration of what Christchurch once knew as Noah's Hotel, scheduled to open mid 2027. A 14-storey landmark that's been silent since the 2011 Canterbury earthquakes is finally coming back to life.

Our crews are currently on site - electricians, pipe fitters and trades specialists laying the groundwork for one of the most significant hospitality developments in Christchurch's post earthquake recovery.

The demand for skilled tradespeople across New Zealand is high and the best people are committing to projects months in advance - the earlier you plan, the better the people you secure.

With the brief locked in, we move to sourcing.

We aren't sifting through a database, we partner with specialist agencies in the Philippines who know the standard we operate to. We assess how someone will perform on site, how they'll fit into your team, and whether they're actually ready to build a life in a new country.

That last part is the most overlooked.

A worker without a stable support network back home carries that weight onto the site. It affects focus, performance and how long they stay, so we address it early.

Getting international workforce solutions right starts long before anyone boards a plane.

Meet Quintus, our dedicated Accommodation Manager.

One of the ways we show up for our crew is managing their accommodation in-house - maintained to a standard we're proud of, with a consistent level of care that means our people can switch off at the end of the day and actually rest, because the little things at home become big things on site.

It's just one of the many systems we have in place to make sure our crew are supported 24/7.
