In this blog, I will explain why the Polish government has no red stamp on Poland's work permit. What are the different application methods for work permits and the difference? And whether the work permit without a stamp is real or fake.
There are two methods for applying application for a work permit.
1. Printed work permit
2. E-work permit
1. Printed work permit:
Employers will need to apply for a work permit by submitting it to the immigration office or sending it by post. Employer will get 2 copies of the work permit one for the employer and the other for an employee to present at the time he/she will apply for the visa to work in Poland. Both work permits will have an official stamp.
2. Electronic work permit:
If your employer has applied your work permit using the electronic format for that they will receive your work permit in PDF format which they will download and send to you. After one or two weeks later employee will also receive a work permit with a stamp. Only one copy will have a stamp and the other will not have a stamp.
There will be no time difference whether the employer applies for a work permit using the traditional method or the electronic method. And the employer decides to send a work permit with the stamp or without the stamp.
About traditional work permits:
There will be an official stamp with the name of the voivode who issued the work permit. Sign and stamp the official who checked and issued the work permit.
About electronic work permit:
There will be no official stamp but for justification for issuing the decision and the instruction, there is a sentence that the document was signed by the qualified signature. Info about who signed the document along with the name of the office that issued the work permit, the date and time of signing the document electronically by the official.
