Position-Guest Relation Officer (Female)-2

A well-reputed Spa & Salon , located on Lakeside,Pokhara is urgently hiring candidates for the post of GRO.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
-Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer/Receptionist
-Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
-Computer literacy
-A customer-oriented and professional attitude
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills
-Diploma or BSc/BA in Hospitality Management is preferred
-Familiarity with hospitality industry standards

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Handle front desk, Review booking, assigning job to team, taking customer feedback
-Attend to guests and answer their inquiries
-Provide information about amenities and promote services
-Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
-Address customer complaints and escalate to Manager
-Record information in the logbook daily & Manage customer database

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
-2 wheeler license
