🔹Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle and
enhance employer branding through social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Documentation:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, selection)
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and internal databases
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates
• Prepare and maintain employee files and HR documentation
• Ensure all employee records are accurate and up to date
🔹Social Media & Employer Branding:
• Create and post job vacancies on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Manage company pages and respond to candidate inquiries professionally
• Develop creative content for hiring campaigns and employer branding
• Promote company culture, events, and achievements online
• Track engagement and improve social media recruitment strategies
🔹Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in recruitment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals and social media platforms
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
🔹Skills Required:
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Time management and multitasking ability
• Social media handling and content creation
• Attention to detail and problem-solving
🔹Preferred:
• Experience in manpower/recruitment agency
