We are seeking an experienced Site Manager (SPIR) with a proven track record in scaffolding, painting, insulation, and refractory works for large-scale industrial projects. Candidates must have prior experience with a specialized industrial services provider, particularly in scaffolding and insulation project ex*****on.
The Site Manager will lead overall site operations, ensuring project delivery within safety, quality, budget, and schedule requirements. This role involves direct management of strategic site activities and oversight of discipline-level operations executed by supervisors, coordinators, and QC teams.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
𝐀. 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 (𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞)
Project Planning & Ex*****on Oversight – Develop, review, and adjust project schedules, sequences, and resource allocation.
Resource Management – Approve manpower, equipment, and material allocations to meet project demands.
Budget & Cost Control – Monitor budgets, approve site expenditures within authority, and recommend cost optimization measures.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination – Act as the main contact for clients, consultants, and management for site-related matters.
Contract & Scope Compliance – Ensure works meet project specifications, codes, and client requirements.
Risk Management – Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies for safety, quality, and timelines.
Reporting & Documentation – Review and approve daily/weekly progress reports and escalate issues when necessary.
Leadership & Team Direction – Lead multidisciplinary site teams and ensure effective communication across all work fronts.
𝐁. 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 (𝐄𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫, 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐬)
Safety Compliance – Ensure HSE/discipline supervisors conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety protocols.
Permit Handling – Oversee that the permit coordinator secures, manages, and closes permits as per site regulations.
Quality Control & Punch Clearance – Monitor QC teams to ensure timely inspections and closure of punch lists.
Inspection Readiness – Ensure readiness for client and third-party inspections before formal requests.
Subcontractor Performance – Oversee subcontractor compliance with schedules, quality, and HSE requirements.
Site Mobilization/Demobilization – Supervise ex*****on of mobilization and demobilization plans handled by discipline teams.
Material Approval – Approve materials in line with specifications after technical team recommendations.
Change Management – Ensure evaluation, approval, and documentation of scope changes.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞
Minimum 7–10 years of site management experience in SPIR works, with at least 5 years in scaffolding and insulation projects.
Proven background with specialized industrial service providers in oil, gas, and petrochemical sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
In-depth knowledge of HSE standards, industry codes, and client specifications.
Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).
Ability to manage multi-stakeholder industrial projects in high-pressure environments.
