As part of the ENSURE-Nepal Project's Center of Excellence (CoE) initiative, Jobs Dynamics successfully facilitated a Human Resources Management training for representatives from Recruitment Agencies, Health Screening Centers, and Pre-Departure Orientation Training providers. Through engaging discussions and practical learning sessions, facilitators Avash Koirala and Prayas Rajopadhyaya helped participants explore ways to strengthen HR governance, performance management, organizational ethics, and policy frameworks.

Thank you to all participants, organizers from Nepal Development Society (NeDS), La Isla Network, and all the stakeholders for their active engagement and commitment to building a safer, more accountable labor migration ecosystem for Nepali workers.
