1. Agri Business Coordinator (Level 8)-1, Cultivating Change Project, based at LI-BIRD Site Office Dhangadhi)

Education and Experience: Master's in agriculture with a major in agri-economics, agri-business, or other relevant subjects with three years of work experience in agri-business management and agricultural value chain projects or similar positions.

2) Advocacy and Documentation Officer (Level 7) -1, (Women only vacancy, based at LI-BIRD Programme Coordination Office, Lalitpur)

Education and Experience: Master's degree in agriculture, natural resource management, environmental science or relevant preferably with two years of relevant work experience in agriculture related research and advocacy sector. Candidates with a valid motorbike/scooter license are encouraged to apply.

3. Project Officer (Level 6) - 2, (Green Evolution Project, one each based at LI-BIRD site office Jumla and Dailekh respectively)

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in agriculture or other relevant subjects with 2 years of relevant experience in implementing projects in agriculture and livelihood sectors. Candidates with a valid motorbike/scooter license and work experience in the implementation and reporting of projects are encouraged to apply.

4) Admin Assistant (Level 3) -1, (Women only vacancy, based at LI-BIRD Head Office, Pokhara)

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in management with 1 year of relevant work experience or 10+2 in management with three years' work experience.

5) Logistic and Procurement Assistant (Level 2) -1, (Women only vacancy, based at LI-BIRD Head Office, Pokhara)

Education and Experience: 10+2 in management with two years' relevant work experience in procurement, logistics and administration. Fresh Bachelor graduates in management are also encouraged to apply.

She Shapes Biodiversity is a photo contest that aims to celebrate women’s contributions to the environment and seeks to recognize and amplify the roles and contributions of women that can pave the way for the implementation of a gender-responsive post-2020 global biodiversity framework. This contest runs prior to the United Nations Biodiversity Conference, also the Fifteenth Meeting of the Conference of Parties to the UN Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD COP 15), this 7-19 December in Montreal, Canada.

Gov-Her-Nance Climate Film Fellowship |
Accountability Film School is Accountability Lab’s initiative to equip youth to share their concerns related to accountability and social justice through visual storytelling.

Through Gov-HER-Nance Climate Film Fellowship we tend to enhance knowledge and upskill women and LGBTQI+ community members to visualize and amplify the unheard voices of marginalized communities on issues related to climate change and its differential impacts on gender and climate accountability.

Eligibility: The application is open for women and LGBTQI+ youth from Pokhara of age of 20 to 35 years with little or no experience in filmmaking. Participants with equipment will be given more preference.

We invite Nepali youth and established leaders (aged 18-35) who are passionate about climate action and advocacy, to apply for the Climate Action Champions Program! The deadline to apply is July 15.
Climate Action Champions Program is a regional initiative that will involve 100 individuals from five countries in South Asia- India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bhutan. Once chosen through a competitive selection process, these 100 individuals will participate in three regional conferences and mentorship programs, and receive small grants to create a cohesive vision for climate action in South Asia and the broader Indo-Pacific region. The group will comprise of young and established leaders from diverse backgrounds including government, business, academia, civil society, and media.
