फापर (Himalayan buckwheat) भुटेर वा त्यसको दाना प्रयोग गरेर बनाइने जडिबुटी चिया हो। क्याफिन नहुने भएकाले धेरैले नियमित चियाको विकल्पका रूपमा पिउँछन्।
बनाउने सरल तरिका:
१ कप पानी उमाल्नुहोस्।
उम्लिएको पानीमा १–२ चम्चा भुटेको फापर हालेर ५–७ मिनेट छोपेर राख्नुहोस्।
छानेर पिउनुहोस्। चाहनु भयो भने मह वा कागती अलिकति थप्न सक्नुहुन्छ।

If you would like to learn about Nepali tea or are interested in starting a tea business, you are welcome to visit us and explore the world of Nepal Tea. With 15 years of passion and hard work, I have been hosting tea-tasting programs for a global audience to showcase our Himalayan teas and the dedication of our tea farmers.
We do more than produce tea — we also work to protect the environment and contribute to the fight against global warming.
