Education: BBS/BBA/Semi Qualified CA
Experience: Must have 2-3 years of experience As an Accountant in a construction company
Other Specifications:
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
Must have a valid driving license and two-wheeler vehicle
Superior mathematical skills; leadership skills and experience
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge and familiarity with Construction material
Knowledge of Accounting Software Swastik, Tally, etc.
A high level of professionalism is required on the job at all times
Accuracy and attention to detail
Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
Good command over MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.
Job Descriptions:
Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting roles e.g. account receivable, account payable, general ledger, forecasting, budgeting.
Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and working closely with the operation and project teams in analyzing margins, variances, and cost reduction.
Report every financial transaction in accordance with company policies and regulations.
Preparation of chart of accounts, entry, checking, verification of accounting transaction.
Responsible for following up phone calls/emails and letters to track billing records, payment requests, bank statements, anything financial that needs follow‐up, etc.
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
Track and monitor machinery and equipment
Liaison with the Head office for accounting issues and transactions.
Completing purchase orders
Managing payroll
Assisting with budgets
Completing bank & vendors/customer reconciliations
Maintain all client accounts of the time, billings, and payments
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
Analyze financial information and summarise the financial status
Other duties as assigned
