We’re Hiring: Technical Support Specialist
Are you passionate about helping people and solving tech problems? HRxplor (Partner Company) is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to assist clients with technical issues and ensure smooth software operations.
What You’ll Do
➡️ Respond to user queries and support tickets promptly
➡️ Diagnose and resolve software or system issues
➡️ Document reported problems and resolutions
➡️ Collaborate with developers to escalate complex issues
➡️ Deliver excellent service and maintain client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
➡️ 1–2 years of experience in technical or customer support
➡️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
➡️ Basic understanding of IT systems, software, or web tools
➡️ Ability to work independently in a remote setup
➡️ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
