Are you an experienced professional in the manpower recruitment industry? SSK MANPOWER SERVICES is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our QATAR and OMAN teams.
Responsibilities
This is a full-time, on-site role based in QATAR and OMAN. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion through:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
Identify staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Source candidates through various channels (job portals, referrals, networks).
Conduct interviews and coordinate assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company recruitment policies.
Prepare job offers and manage contract negotiations.
Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
Act as the point of contact for candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.
Support onboarding processes for new hires.
Collaborate with HR to align recruitment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
Prior experience in a manpower recruitment company.
A strong client base in the QATAR and OMAN.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Knowledge of local labor laws in Qatar and Oman.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in using recruitment software and job portals.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Adaptability to different work cultures.
Team player with problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
