The old system is not entirely wrong. Many of the mistakes and weak practices of the past are what shaped todayโ€™s reforms and regulations. As young entrepreneurs, we are deeply affected by every policy and decision made by the government, but fear should never be our response to change.

Reforms are not meant to stop us โ€” they are meant to challenge us to evolve. We are supposed to ride the horse, not let the horse ride us. Greater competition, pressure, and struggle often create the next wave of growth and innovation. Instead of resisting difficult times, we should learn to adapt, strengthen ourselves, and move forward with purpose.

Compliance and reforms are part of every growing system, and they must be implemented properly. Blaming only the government will not take us forward. We also have a responsibility to improve, adapt, and take advantage of new opportunities to rebuild ourselves stronger than before.

Growth always comes with risk and uncertainty, but learning how to balance ambition with resilience is one of the most worthwhile journeys an entrepreneur can take.
