Nepaliहरू युरोपियन देशहरूमा काम गर्न चाहनुको मुख्य कारणहरू धेरै छन्। छोटकरीमा भन्नुपर्दा, आर्थिक अवसर, जीवनस्तर, र भविष्यको सुरक्षासँग सम्बन्धित कारण हुन्। विस्तारमा यसरी बुझ्न सकिन्छ:

१. आर्थिक कारण

नेपालमा रोजगारीको अभाव र कम तलब।

युरोपियन देशमा तलब धेरै गुणा बढी हुन्छ।

परिवारलाई राम्रो जीवनस्तर दिन सक्ने क्षमता।

२. सामाजिक कारण

समाजमा विदेश जानु प्रतिष्ठाको कुरा मानिन्छ।

विदेशबाट पठाएको पैसा (रेमिट्यान्स) बाट घर बनाउने, छोराछोरीलाई राम्रो पढाउने, समाजमा इज्जत पाउने सोच।

३. जीवनस्तर र सुविधा

युरोपमा स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, सामाजिक सुरक्षा राम्रो।

श्रमिकको हक कानुनी रूपमा सुरक्षित हुन्छ।

कामको वातावरण तुलनात्मक रूपमा सुरक्षित र व्यवस्थित हुन्छ।

४. भविष्यको अवसर

लामो समय काम गरेपछि स्थायी बसाइ (Permanent Residency) वा नागरिकता पाउने सम्भावना।
