Job Vacancy: Receptionist at Nepal Republic Media

Nepal Republic Media, a leading media organization, is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Receptionist. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess excellent communication and organizational skills and are looking to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (running or complete)
- Experience: 2 years of relevant experience preferred, but freshers are also encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in Ms Excel and Nepali typing is compulsory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Professional and friendly demeanor

Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Working Hours: Sunday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm

Salary: Negotiable or considerable based on qualifications and capabilities
