Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage all phases of construction projects, from initial concept through final completion.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for project ex*****on.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate project status, updates, and progress clearly and regularly to senior management and clients.
• Proactively identify, address, and resolve issues or conflicts arising during the construction process.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
• Mentor, lead, and provide guidance and support to a team of construction professionals.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in building construction project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and IPC billing.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
