लक्ष्मी रिक्रुटमेन्ट सर्भिस प्रा.लि.ले यो संस्था स्थापना भएको मितिदेखि नै आफ्ना कर्मचारीहरूको लागि एउटा आर्थिक कोष खडा गरेको थियो। आफ्ना कर्मचारीहरूको उज्वल भविष्यको लागि यो कोष खडा गरिएको हो।
यस संस्थाबाट प्रत्येक कामदारको फ्लाइट हुँदा, प्रा.लि.को तर्फबाट यो कोषमा रकम जम्मा गर्ने गरेका छौं। कुनै पनि कर्मचारीले स्वेच्छिक सेवा समाप्तिपश्चात् यस संस्थाबाट विदा भएर जाँदा, भएका कर्मचारीलाई बराबरी बाँडफाँड गरी, जाने कर्मचारी लाई आफुले पाउने रकम हस्तान्तरण गर्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।

Laxmi Recruitment Service Pvt. Ltd. has upheld its commitment to employee welfare since inception through its dedicated Staff Welfare Fund. Established at the time of incorporation, the fund is designed to secure the long-term financial well-being of every team member.
Under this scheme, the company allocates a fixed contribution for each candidate deployed overseas. Upon resignation and exit from the organization, the accumulated amount is disbursed in full to the concerned employee as a lump-sum benefit.
