Job Description:
We are looking for a Finance Supervisor who has excellent organizational skills and can handle time-sensitive tasks.
You should be familiar with preparing B/S, PL, CFS for individual as well as group companies, posting journal entries, bank reconciliations, filing claims and preparing costing reports.

Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
2. Analyzing financial data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and prepare financial reports for senior management
3. Prepare annual financial reports including Balance sheet, Income statement, Cash flow statements ensuring compliance with accounting standards
4. Reconcile bank statements
5. Review and implement financial policies

Job Specification:

1. Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree with 2-3 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
2. Semi Qualified CA/ACCA are encouraged to apply
3. Experience using financial software
4. Proficient in using MS excel, MS word
5. Excellent analytical and numerical skills
6. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
7. Solid understanding of accounting principles, including financial statements, general ledger accounts, and financial reporting
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
