नेपालका लागि मलेसियाका कार्यवाहक राजदूत महामहिम मोहम्मद फिरदौस अजमानले आज युवा, श्रम तथा रोजगार मन्त्री माननीय रामजी यादवज्यू सँग मन्त्रालयमा द्धिपक्षिय भेटवार्ता गर्नुभएको छ।

भेटवार्ताका क्रममा मन्त्री यादवले मलेसियाको एफडब्लुसिएमएस (FWCMS)मा नेपालका केही इजाजत पत्र प्राप्त वैदेशिक रोजगार व्यवसायी संस्थालाई मुख्य र सहायक संस्थाका रूपमा सूचीकृत गरिएको विषयप्रति सरकार गम्भीर रहेको जानकारी गराउँदै संस्थाहरू सूचीकृत मूल्यांङ्कन प्रणाली तथा मापदण्ड नेपाल सरकारलाई आधिकारिक रूपमा उपलब्ध गराउन अनुरोध गर्नुभएको छ।

मन्त्री यादवले वैदेशिक रोजगार व्यवसायमा प्रतिस्पर्धा सङ्कुचित हुने, सीमित संस्था वा समूहको नियन्त्रण कायम हुने कुनै पनि व्यवस्था कानुनी प्रावधान विपरीत र द्धिपक्षिय श्रम सम्झौता विपरीत हुने विषय नेपाल सरकारलाई स्वीकार्य नहुने स्पष्ट पार्नुभएको छ।

सबै इजाजत पत्र प्राप्त संस्थाका लागि समान अवसर, पारदर्शिता र निष्पक्ष प्रतिस्पर्धा सुनिश्चित हुनुपर्ने स्पष्ट धारणा उहाँले राख्नुभयो। साथै केही सूचीकृत इजाजत पत्र प्राप्त संस्थाहरूले आफूहरू एफडब्लुसिएमएस (FWCMS) प्रणालीबाट बाहिरिने इच्छा राखेको विषय समेत जानकारी गराउनुभयो ।
