๐ทPosition: Operating Engineer & G.M. (1 Position)

๐ทLocation: Sonapur, Nepal
Key Responsibilities:
~Plan, direct, and oversee day-to-day plant operations across production, quality, packing, stores, and maintenance.
~Set and monitor production targets, budgets, and cost-control measures.
~Ensure full compliance with statutory, safety, environmental, and labor regulations.
~Liaise effectively with the Board/Owners, suppliers, government bodies, and key customers.
~Approve procurement, staffing, and capital expenditure decisions within delegated authority.
~Review daily, weekly, and monthly production and quality reports.
~Drive process improvement, capacity utilization, and cost optimization initiatives.
~Oversee staff recruitment, performance reviews, and disciplinary matters at the plant level.
Qualifications & Experience:
โ๏ธBachelorโs/Masterโs degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
โ๏ธMinimum 5 years of overall experience in the oil refinery/edible oil industry, including leadership capacity.
โ๏ธStrong working understanding of edible oil refining, packing, and plant operations.
