A regular working day at BouwGenius 🔨

Yesterday, our project coordinators Daan and Tim visited our craftsmen from the far north all the way to the deep south of the Netherlands.

Days like this show exactly who we are: we are there for our craftsmen and clients, wherever the project is in the Netherlands.

And of course, we don’t drive those miles just for coffee. ☕

👷 We meet our carpenters personally on site, listen to how things are really going, and carry out workplace inspections to keep safety standards high.

🤝 At the same time, we work closely with clients on progress and planning, making sure every project keeps moving forward smoothly.

That’s how we combine nationwide coverage with real personal involvement on site.

Providing interesting projects is one thing. Ensuring that every detail for working in The Netherlands is just right is what really makes the difference.

🤗That’s why we’re thrilled to welcome Gina, our new Logistics Coordinator.

🏡 Gina makes sure our professionals have everything they need to get off to a good start: accommodations, work clothes, tools, transportation, and PPE.

This logistical foundation determines how quickly our craftsmen can be deployed and ensures they arrive at their project motivated and well-equipped.

With her energetic and outgoing personality, combined with a fresh background in IT and retail, Gina brings the sharpness and variety this role demands. No two days are the same, and that’s exactly what energizes her.

Gina felt at home within our team from day one. The combination of colleagues, international professionals, and the dynamic nature of the operation immediately gave her the feeling that she was in the right place.

For many of our Eastern European professionals, Easter is the perfect time to be home with family.

🥚While Easter in the Catholic and Protestant traditions falls on April 5 in 2026, many Orthodox Christians celebrate Easter on April 12, a week later. This difference stems from the fact that the Orthodox Church still follows the Julian calendar. For many colleagues from countries such as Romania, Bulgaria, and Serbia, the Orthodox faith plays a significant role.

This year, we organized the BouwGenius Christmas Get2Gether for our international craftsmen for the first time.

At the three festively decorated locations, we thanked our men for their work over the past year.

With snacks, drinks, and a Christmas quiz, it was a fun and well-deserved evening.

And of course, no one went home empty-handed.
