Our team has welcomed recruiter Iraida! Together with her fellow recruiters, she finds the right match between temporary workers and companies.
Her working days are varied and go beyond recruitment: “I enjoy exploring how I can help Multi Work Nederland grow and finding new opportunities for the future.”
She also loves learning: “I want to develop my communication with companies, build relationships and partnerships, and learn more about the legal and HR side of our work.” That’s why she is taking courses on Dutch employment law and regulations, gaining practical knowledge for her role.
As a real people person, Iraida feels right at home with us: “For me, a company is about its people and how they treat each other. The atmosphere here is open and friendly. I can share ideas, speak honestly when I see things differently, and have great conversations with everyone. I go to work with a smile and come home with one too.”
Outside work, she enjoys eating out, spending time with her dog and travelling with her partner. For an extra thrill, she heads skywards: “I sometimes jump out of a plane to add a little more excitement to my life.”
Iraida, we’re happy to have a daredevil like you on our team. You’re bold, both at work and beyond. Just the kind of person we love having around!
