This brand will open a brand new store at the P.C. Hooftstraat in Amsterdam and we are looking for a store leader with love and passion for fashion.

FUNCTIE
You can represent the showpiece of this Denim brand in Amsterdam. But only if the costumer experience is central to you. You breathe denim and you take the customer into that world. You talk with passion about the brand, show your knowledge about the collection and the product to increase sales. With your commercial and customer-oriented attitude, you build on our brand customer base and ensure that the customer leaves the store with a good feeling and preferably with a bag full of new items.
What else do you do?
• Analyzing and achieving the sales targets and KPIs with the aim of profitability thesis.
• Daily managing, coaching, training and inspiring your team.
• Effective stock management; you ensure that the entire flow of goods is managed and checked with regard to deliveries, transfers, complaints and returns. You are responsible for stocks and subsequent results.
• Enforce VM guidelines to ensure products and shopping experience are presented according to the brand standard.
• Administrative tasks such as planning, payroll and goal setting.
• Weekly reporting to the Operations Manager and works closely with other departments such as Marketing, Customer Service and Logistics.
FUNCTIE-EISEN
• You show love and passion for the denim brand and its products.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience: for example as a Store Manager or 2-3 years as an Assistant Store Manager.
• A good command of the English language and the Dutch language is an advantage.
• Socially and communicatively strong: you are a born leader, very customer-oriented and you create a pleasant atmosphere for team members and customers.
• You have a ‘helicopter view’: resistant to stress and you can set realistic goals for yourself and the team.
• Financially and commercially skilled: familiar with figures, KPIs and targets.
