My name is Niels, I’m 31 years old and I work for DG Select as Facility Manager for about 2,5 years now. In this role I’m responsible for everything related to the housing of our employees and our vehicle fleet.

✨What do you enjoy most about working at DG?
That not a single day is the same. Also the variety between working at the office and outside office, for example to visiting our houses, is a part what I really like.

✨What is your guilty pleasure?
I don't really think I have one, but if I had to choose one, it would definitely be that I love plopping down on the couch after a busy and chaotic day at work and relax all evening

✨ An office dog/cat or an office plant?
If I had to choose between an office dog/cat and an office plant, I'd definitely choose a fake plant. We currently have one plant in the office, and seeing how we treat it, I think it's better we don't get any pets here.

✨What do you enjoy most about working at DG?
My absolute favorite part of the job is maintaining contact with our temporary workers and clients. That’s exactly what makes working for DG Select so great: you’re not just a business solution for the client, but also a helping hand for the worker. Thanks to the personal touch and the excellent conditions we offer, work often doesn't even feel like work! I also get a real energy boost from diving into the data and continuously improving our processes.

✨What is your guilty pleasure?
With an Efteling season pass in my pocket, we visit the park at least ten times a year. And honestly? My wife and I secretly enjoy it just as much as our two boys do, every single time.

✨ Never have AC in the car again, or always work in the rain?
I think most people my age (or older) can still remember those summer drives to the beach without air conditioning... So, I’ll go with working in the rain. After all, every cloud has a silver lining! 😉

Hello, I’m Robin. I’m 28 years old (mentally) and 55 years old physically. I’m the handyman at DG, in the broadest sense of the word.

✨What do you enjoy most about working at DG?
What I enjoy most about my job is the variety. My tasks are actually too many to mention. They would just about fit on one A4 sheet of paper. Let’s just say I do everything from changing a light bulb to partial home renovations.

✨What is your guilty pleasure?
I love hard rock music, but secretly I also really like ABBA and Boney M.

✨ Always work indoors or always outside?
In the summer, I enjoy working outdoors. In the winter, I prefer working indoors, of course. But I choose always work indoors.

You’ll play an important role in the production process by processing fish products and keeping the production line running smoothly.

What will you do?
- Processing fish parts
- Cutting and filleting fish
- Keeping the production lines running efficiently
- Cleaning machines and maintaining your work area
- Supporting with other related production tasks

My name is Sacha, I’m 26 years old, and I work as a Process Coordinator for Collective Labour Agreements (CLA) and Compensation at DG Select. In this role, I’m involved in everything related to the collective labour agreement for agency workers. From processing and monitoring changes to making sure everything is applied correctly in practice. It sometimes feels like I’m constantly solving puzzles… just with a lot more coffee involved 😝

✨What do you enjoy most about working at DG?
What I enjoy most about working at DG Select is that no two days are the same. The collaboration with colleagues is great, and there’s always room to try out new ideas, improve processes, and keep learning. In short: challenging, fun, and educational.

✨What is your guilty pleasure?
Opening TikTok “just for five minutes” and still scrolling an hour later 😅

✨Learning new skills or becoming an expert in one thing?
I choose learning new skills. It gives me energy to keep developing, discovering new things, and challenging myself. That said, being a real expert in one specific thing does sound pretty great too… maybe a bit of both is the ideal scenario!
