🎈PofO turns 4!

Today, we’re celebrating a special milestone: PofO is officially 4 years old! 🥳

Four years filled with great connections, new opportunities, meaningful collaborations and, most importantly, many people we’ve had the opportunity to support in taking the next step in their careers.

Looking back on the past four years, we’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built together. We’re grateful to all the candidates who have put their trust in us, the employers and partners we’ve had the pleasure of working with, and of course everyone who has been part of PofO along the way. 💙

PofO was founded in 2022!🎉

This year is special in its own right, because it’s the year PofO was founded. In addition, we had our first meeting with the Port Authority, which led to a wonderful partnership that has now lasted four years!

In 2022, we also had the opportunity to collaborate with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment on helping Ukrainians find work. It was a special moment where we could share our knowledge and ideas on how best to support this group as they enter the Dutch labor market.

In addition, Sofie and Max attended the job fair at the Ukraine House together for the first time. This was the first of many that would follow. We really enjoy this because it allows us to speak with candidates from the very first point of contact and guide them toward their next career step.

The year 2023 was all about firsts...

For example, we were featured in the AD for the first time!

We also highlighted Mohammed, who has been working at Saybolt since 2023 and has already earned several promotions!

We wrapped up the year with a fun Christmas video for all our clients. And when you think of Christmas, you naturally think of presents under the tree. Our gift? Companies got to choose a charity of their own to which PofO would make a donation. 🎁

The year 2024 was all about expansion!

That expansion began with our move to our current office in Wiltonhaven in Schiedam.
