VCA, known internationally as SCC, is the safety certificate for people who work on technical sites. It shows that you understand the risks of your work, that you know how to use protective equipment and that you know what to do when something goes wrong.

For many Dutch projects it is simply a condition to start. Not because the paperwork matters, but because everyone on that site wants to go home in one piece.
