Many people think there is a fixed end date for temporary work, but in practice, candidates can actually continue working for an organization for a longer period of time.
A candidate typically starts in Phase 1/2. This phase lasts for a maximum of 52 weeks of work. After that, the candidate moves on to Phase 3, during which a maximum of six contracts can be offered over a two-year period.
After these phases, the candidate enters Phase 4, which means they have a permanent contract with the staffing agency.
In theory, a candidate can therefore continue working for the same client for a long time.
At the same time, we always consider what is best for both the candidate and the client. When someone has been working successfully at the same location for years, direct employment with the client can sometimes be a logical next step.
