🌟 From new hire to permanent contract in just over two years.

Davids Noviks joined B2Works back in 2022 and has been working at De Klok Logistics ever since. Step by step, he grew into a trusted and valued member of their team.
As of March 1st, 2026, Davids officially joined DKL on a permanent contract. A well-deserved next step for someone who shows up, works hard, and never stops learning.

🇳🇱 Happy Liberation Day! Today, the Netherlands celebrates freedom. Here's why it matters so much.

On May 5th, 1945, the Netherlands was liberated from five years of German occupation during World War II. Every year, the Dutch remember that moment and celebrate freedom together.

You might notice flags hanging from windows and balconies today. In many cities, free festivals are held with music, food, and performances. The biggest ones are in Amsterdam, Utrecht and, of course, Nijmegen.

We know most of you are working hard today, but if you get the chance, take a walk, spot the flags, and soak up a little Dutch culture. 🎶

📚🇳🇱 Learning never stops!

Like every year, we invested in a Dutch language course for our employees. One of the participants is Terrence, who is very happy to improve his language skills.

Learning Dutch will not only help him in his daily life, but also at work at Kegro Deuren, where he has been working since June 2025. Terrence started on the production department and has gained a lot of experience over the past months. Today, he works as a Surface Planner Operator, among other roles. 💪

We’re proud to support our employees in their development and wish Terrence and all other participants “veel geluk” with learning Dutch! 🙌

That’s why we always go through your contract together, on location. That way, you know what is expected of you, as well as your rights. Do you have any questions or concerns? We’re happy to answer them for you. After that, all the paperwork and pension contributions are taken care of by us, so you can focus on earning a stable income and building a future. 🌟

🏡 A comfortable home makes all the difference when working abroad.

We manage more than 80 houses across our working area, so in most cases your home is located within about 30 minutes from your workplace. We don't do caravans or large housing complexes. Just regular houses, apartments, and small shared living spaces where you can enjoy a calm and comfortable environment. 🙌

👋 Meet Sergejs!

Since the beginning of February, Sergejs has been working with us at B2Works as a coordinator. Originally from Latvia, he has been living in the Netherlands with his family for the past six years. 🇱🇻🇳🇱

As a coordinator, he is the link between B2Works, our clients, and you, making sure everything runs smoothly. He is often the first point of contact for employees and helps them with anything related to work, housing, transportation, and personal matters.

By guiding and supporting our workers, Sergiejs helps them overcome the challenges that can come with living and working in a new country. 💪
