You will ensure that the homes are clean, presentable and meet the requirements. You will combine cleaning tasks with checking the quality of the homes and furnishings in accordance with the SNF standard.
𝟭. 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀
• Independently performing cleaning tasks in homes during check-outs or changes.
• Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, floors and common areas.
• Removing rubbish and items left behind.
𝟮. 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹
• Carrying out final inspections when residents/customers check out.
• Checking that the property meets Tradiro’s cleaning and furnishing standards (SNF).
• Recording details, damage and shortcomings via our management system.
• Reporting deviations to the facilities coordinator or planning department.
• Checking that the inventory is complete and in good condition.
𝟯. 𝗙𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁
• Assisting with light furnishing tasks or repair work.
• Assisting in preparing homes for new residents.

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂?
• You work accurately and have an eye for detail.
• You can work independently, but also well in a team.
• You are presentable and customer-oriented.
• You are flexible.
• Experience in cleaning or property management is an advantage.
• You have a good command of at least one of the following languages: English, Polish or Romanian.
• You have a driving licence B (required).

Are you a natural leader with experience in logistics? Are you looking for a challenging role where you are the link between operational teams, Logistic Services, and management? Then we are looking for you!
As 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿r, you will be responsible for the operational and functional management of the Team Leads and Logistics Agents within a distribution center in Waddinxveen. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the logistics processes in the Inbound, Outbound, and Webshop departments.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀::
• Operations: You ensure optimal processing of goods in accordance with procedures. You distribute work, monitor deviations in the logistics process, and take corrective measures.
• Administration: You perform administrative tasks and ensure timely data entry. You identify deviations and report quality issues.
• ICT: You manage WMS and OMS systems. You ensure the correct entry and processing of data in personnel planning and time registration tools.
• Management: You manage Team Leads and Logistics Agents, develop their knowledge and skills, and promote cooperation within the team.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂:
• MBO working and thinking level.
• Extensive experience as a manager in logistics.
• Team player with good communication skills in English (Dutch or Polish is an advantage).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, WMS, and OMS systems.
• Solution-oriented with a positive attitude.
• You have your own transport (the distribution center is difficult to reach by public transportation).

• A full-time position at a modern, dynamic company, working 40 hours per week. (Flexibility during holidays and in November/December is essential)
