Ship delivery -transportation of vessels on their own keel, under their own power- has been the business of our company since 1906. In addition to ship delivery, Redwise today provides a range of services to the marine and offshore industries, including Crew Management and Maritime Recruitment.

The Redwise team recently attended ITS 2026 in Gothenburg, Sweden!

ITS remains one of those events for us where business and relationships come together. It's a chance to discuss ongoing projects, exchange new experiences, and reconnect with colleagues and old friends across the industry. Throughout the week, the booth was a meeting point for functional conversations, but it also sparked quite a few historical discussions not only about Redwise and its history, but also maritime at large, including a number of former colleagues from the pre-Redwise days who found their way back to the stand.

Together with IMS, we exhibited at the event and spent the week catching up with clients and many familiar (and new) faces from across the tug and salvage industry. It was also interesting to see the latest developments within the maritime industry and hear how others are responding to the opportunities and challenges within the maritime sector today.

A particular highlight was Thursday's tug presentation, where we had the opportunity to see the ElectRA 2500SX Svitzer Ingrid and the TundRA 3000 Svitzer Embla up close.

Thank you to the International Tug & Salvage Community and to everyone who stopped by the stand for a chat. We enjoyed the conversations and look forward to continuing them in the months ahead.

How does Offshore VTS work?

Offshore projects bring vessels, equipment and operations together in often complex and busy environments. That’s where Offshore Vessel Traffic Services (VTS) comes in. At Redwise, our VTS Operators:

Back-to-back wins to kick off the 2026 season! 🏆🏆

We are proud to sponsor Roeiteam Gouteyck, and what a start they have made. First place at Vechten op de Vecht, then first place again the following weekend at the Harlinger Kampioenschappen in Harlingen. Rough water, strong current, and they delivered both times.

For those curious about the details: 11.5 kilometres at Vechten op de Vecht, finishing in 1:04:00 averaging 98 watts per rower. 16.8 kilometres at Harlingen, first place in the Heren 1 class, seventh overall.

We couldn't be more proud to support this incredible group of athletes. The hard work, the teamwork, and the drive truly shows.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘄𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗜𝗪𝗕 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗮𝘆⚓

We had the pleasure of attending the Bedrijvendag at the Maritiem Instituut Willem Barentsz. It was great to meet the students, learn more about their plans for the future, and share insights into opportunities within Redwise, the wider maritime industry, and future developments.

It was also lovely to once again see and reconnect with familiar faces cross the sector.

A special thank you to MIWB for the warm welcome and the engaging conversations throughout the day. And a nice highlight: the rowing team stopped by to say hello and happily joined together for a photo.
