𝟮𝟬 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻! 🎉
Together with our European skilled workers, we celebrated a special milestone: 20 years of Flexurity!

And what a celebration it was! With food trucks, a delicious BBQ, a DJ, and above all, lots of fun and great company. Because working hard is important, but enjoying good times together is just as valuable!

Our branch team took care of the catering and, as always, was there for our technical colleagues. Just the way we do things at Flexurity.

We look back on an amazing celebration with fantastic people. A big thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it an unforgettable evening! 🧡

𝟮𝟬 𝗷𝗮𝗮𝗿 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆. 𝗪𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝘀𝘁!

𝗔 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆!
Today, Joost is joining Flexurity as an installation consultant. He’ll be working closely with our skilled technicians and clients in the installation sector.

Joost lives in Waalre and brings extensive experience in recruiting and placing technical professionals throughout the Brabant region. That local knowledge and network will come in handy, because he’ll also be taking an exciting next step with us: launching Flexurity’s third office in the Netherlands, in the Eindhoven region.

For the next two weeks, Joost will first be based at our office in Hoevelaken, where he’ll get to know the team, learn how we work and get fully up to speed with everything Flexurity.

After that, he’ll be ready to focus on what matters most: staying in close contact with our technicians, understanding what they’re looking for, building strong relationships with clients in the Eindhoven region and making sure the right professional ends up in the right place.

Welcome to Flexurity, Joost! Great to have you on board!

𝗡𝗶𝗲𝘂𝘄 𝗴𝗲𝘇𝗶𝗰𝗵𝘁 𝗯𝗶𝗷 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆!

𝗪𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆.
On construction sites, in technical environments and across every project, skilled professionals are often the first to see where things can be improved, done more efficiently or made safer. That is why we believe it is important for everyone to feel free to speak up, including colleagues who temporarily join a project.

Together with Linthorst, Koninklijke Bouwend Nederland , AFNL en Algemene Bond Uitzendondernemingen - ABU u we are taking part in a learning project focused on social safety in the workplace. We are exploring how professionals working through Flexurity are involved in daily start-up meetings, how they can report unsafe situations and how we can make sure their voices are truly heard.

Because a safe working day does not only start with clear agreements, but also with open questions:
❓ What should we pay extra attention to today?
❓ What could be done more safely today?
❓ What are you concerned about?

We believe that skilled professionals do their best work when they feel seen, heard and valued. Together, we create a safe workplace. For everyone.

𝗩𝗲𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗴 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻. 𝗘𝗹𝗸𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝗴 𝗼𝗽𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘂𝘄.

What a great evening with the team!
After work, we all headed to Chi Chi - The Golf Venue for a fun team outing. And not just any outing, this was also where we officially kicked off our 20th anniversary celebrations.

Many of our colleagues showed up wearing our special World Cup style jerseys, created to celebrate 20 years of Flexurity. Team spirit was definitely in full swing.

We had four golf bays reserved and competed in a variety of golf games. Who could hit the ball the furthest? Who could get closest to the hole? Everyone brought their best game and acted like they were seasoned golfers, with varying degrees of success. 😉

Afterwards, we enjoyed a great meal together, caught up with one another, and shared plenty of laughs. Exactly what a team outing should be about.

A fantastic start to our anniversary year. Here's to many more great moments together.

—

𝟮𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲!
This year marks a milestone we’re incredibly proud of: 20 years of Flexurity.
To celebrate our anniversary, and with the World Cup coming up, we’ve had something special made: an official Flexurity football shirt.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be visiting our colleagues on project locations to personally hand out the shirts. Not just as a gift, but as a big thank-you for your dedication, craftsmanship and commitment.

Because 20 years of Flexurity would not have been possible without the people who make a difference on the work floor every single day.

We’re proud of what we’ve built together, proud of our colleagues and proud to celebrate this milestone as one team.

Here’s to 20 years of Flexurity, and to a sporty period ahead. Thank you, legends!

𝟮𝟬 𝗷𝗮𝗮𝗿 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗱𝗮𝘁 𝘃𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻!

Bedankt, toppers!
