Last week, we visited our client 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐦𝐚 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐲𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 in Franeker to see how our professionals are doing on site.

The yard is busy, the projects are moving, and the work requires focus, precision and good coordination.

Today, our Filipino professionals completed a welding test before starting work for our client in the naval sector.

The test was carried out in a controlled welding environment, with proper PPE, professional equipment and real-time welding data monitoring. Each weld sample was reviewed individually, helping to assess technique, consistency and work quality before the project begins.

In shipbuilding and maritime projects, precision matters.

A good weld is not just a technical detail. It is part of the safety, reliability and quality of the final structure.

Yesterday, we visited our client 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲, where our Romanian professionals are currently working on a technical maritime project.

During the visit, we noticed that one of the work overalls needed to be replaced after being damaged on site.

For us, this is not a small detail.

In demanding industrial and maritime environments, proper PPE is essential for safety, professionalism and quality of work. Our responsibility does not stop at connecting skilled people with the right projects — it also means making sure our workers are properly supported while they are on the job.

A new overall was arranged, because good work requires good conditions.

On Monday, Peter drove out to Royal van Lent on the island of Kaag with a bicycle in tow.

Our new Filipino colleague works on-site there for client Marine Service Noord. Until then, he had to walk quite a distance for groceries. We thought we could do better.
