In recent weeks, all our Dujob'ers have been able to receive their summer package! ☀️

To show our appreciation, we’ve put together a summer package filled with fun goodies to help you get the most out of the summer. Just those kind of things that make you smile!

Many colleagues stopped by to pick it up together and for others we came to the workfloor to deliver the package personally. It was also a great moment to have a quick chat and check in how everything is going.

❓Can you help with transport and/or accommodation?
We’d be happy to help you get started in the Netherlands with transport and/or accommodation. We provide company cars so you can drive to and from work, and we also have our own accommodation locations where you can rent a room. This way, we support you with settling into life in the Netherlands.

❓Do I have a fixed point of contact?
At Dujob, you always have a fixed contact person who’s there for you. We help you with all your questions and guide you through the entire process, so you always know you can reach out to the same person.

❓Can I grow and develop in my job?

At Dujob, summer keeps going, even in the office!

While some colleagues are enjoying their well-deserved vacation, a few of us are still here every day. That means we can keep being there for our employees and staying available, even when it’s hot outside.

To get through the sunny days, we regularly treat each other with something tasty. One day we’ll make a delicious fruit snack for everyone to enjoy, but on Thursday it's time for our tradition: “Thick Thursday”! We take turns baking something yummy, because honestly, who doesn’t look forward to that? 😄

Summer is great… until the workplace suddenly gets a bit too hot. That’s why we’d like to share a few simple, practical tips to keep everyone safe and fit, especially during the busiest days!

✅ 1. Drink smart (and often)
Don’t wait until you’re thirsty. Make sure there’s always enough drinking water within reach.

✅ 2. Take proper breaks
Short rest moments help prevent overheating. Keep breaks logical in your planning and don’t push through when you notice you’re feeling less alert.

✅ 3. Work with the right order and approach
Plan the heavier tasks (or more physically demanding work) for times when it’s slightly less warm. And where possible: rotate tasks.

✅ 4. Make it a team conversation
A good summer starts with clear agreements. Ask your supervisor whether there are extra measures (like extra water, cooling options, or adjusted working times).

Last month, we welcomed a new colleague to team Dujob: Anna Maria! ✨

With several years of experience in the staffing industry, Anna Maria has joined Dujob as a consultant. She says: “Five years ago, Jesca approached me about the consultant position. At that time, I wasn’t open to changing jobs, but I kept following the company on social media and knew: one day, I want to apply here.

With the extremely summery temperatures last week, some cooling off was definitely needed. That’s why we visited the work floor with a pleasant surprise: ice cream! 🍦

With a fully stocked cooler box, we headed out to a number of our clients to bring some relief to our employees. Everyone got to enjoy a delicious ice cream!
