Looking for BAKERY EMPLOYEE

As a bakery employee, you are an indispensable link in the production process of cookie dough. You prepare the dough, support the conversion and adjustment of the machines and solve smaller malfunctions independently. In addition, you ensure a clean and safe working environment in accordance with the HACCP guidelines. Because you work in 3 shifts, you earn nice shift allowances. Your working days are varied and you learn to make dough from an experienced team of colleagues.
You will work in a close-knit and committed team where colleagues support each other.
Together with the operators, production staff and your team coach, you ensure that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.

You will be involved in, among other things:

Preparing the cookie dough according to fixed recipes;
Converting and setting up production machines;
Fixing minor malfunctions;
Keeping the workplace clean and hygienic according to the HACCP rules.

Working days and times:
If you work full-time, you work in a fixed team and therefore rotate shifts every week (morning-night-afternoon).
If you work part-time, we will look together at a schedule that suits your availability.
The morning shift is from 6:15 a.m. to 2:15 p.m., the afternoon shift is from 2:15 p.m. to 10:15 p.m. and the night shift is from 10:15 p.m. to 6:15 a.m.

✅An excellent salary of €2960 gross per month (including shift allowance and ADV);
✅Do you bring a lot of demonstrable experience? Then you can earn up to €3185.
✅A surcharge of 38% between 18:00 and 03:00. Between 03:00 and 06:30 you will receive a surcharge of 39%!

Description:

In this position as an Operator, you are responsible for keeping the production process running. You operate machines and ensure that everything runs efficiently and according to plan. At the same time, you keep a close eye on the quality of the products.
You regularly check the output, identify deviations and take action when necessary. You take on minor technical work independently, and in the event of larger malfunctions, you contact the technical service. In addition, you record production data correctly and ensure clear administration.
