Talents Beyond Refugees (TBR) is a new start up dedicated to help refugees & empower them to find their passions and start their career in the Dutch labor market. We want to enhance their chances for a faster integration and better future in the Netherlands. We provide multiple opportunities through networking events where companies offer jobs, internships and trainings based on the talents and ex

periences of the refugees. We understand the Syrian work experience and back grounds professionally, and together with our Dutch partners we can create a balanced merge to place the right person in the right place.
