Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit construction workers through online platforms, social media, job fairs, and agencies.
Conduct candidate screenings and interviews.
Create and manage job postings.
Build a network of potential candidates.
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with project managers to meet hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Report on recruitment metrics.
Requirements:
Based in Ukrain
2+ years of experience in recruiting construction workers or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of the construction industry.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong networking and organizational skills.
Proficient in recruitment software and online job portals.
