the finder | Committed to find is currently supporting a dynamic and high performance scale-up based in Amsterdam and looking for a Corporate Recruiter.

Key responsibilities for this position are:

- Ownership of the complete recruitment process
- Hands on sourcing of candidates (we do not work with recruitment agencies)
- Job marketing and employer branding ensuring visibility and conversion,
- Continuous and proactive support of the business, anticipating future recruitment needs and building prospective pipelines
- Building an excellent reputation of the company on the market
- Working with data in order to optimize the recruitment process, conversions and other relevant KPIs

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience of which at least 2 years in a an inhouse role preferably gained from a fast moving, technology driven company
- Demonstrable experience sourcing for both technical and commercial roles
- Relevant experience managing the full recruitment cycle is a must: you need to know what it takes to hire the right people for your organization from A to Z
- Experience with recruiting international candidates, knowledge of rules and regulations related to hiring and relocating internationals to the Netherlands
- Comfortable working in a fast moving, performance and technology driven organization
- Strong interpersonal skills and used to work in an international environment
- Strong communicator in English, both written and oral. Dutch or German will be considered as a plus
- Currently based and eligible to work in the Netherlands

At the finder we love helping startups to find their software engineers. Because each and every hired engineer makes a huge difference!

At this point we are supporting a startup operating in medical sector and help them to find a SecOps Engineer. The company is based in Rotterdam.

The SecOps Engineer will tackle all security topics from the backend platform architecture (from security perspective of course), though development CI/CD pipelines and until writing security guidelines, managing incidents and being the security ambassador within the organization (think trainings, workshops etc.). This is a great chance to make a big impact as the only Security Engineer in the company where your expertise is truly needed as you will be closing the knowledge gap of the current team!

You will be joining a team of 7 (devops and backend engineers), and you will be the only one responsible for Security. Some tech details: Python and Django + Linux + AWS - to give you a quick impression, and as the company operates in medical sector, security is crucial and there is no room for errors.

What we are looking for in a perfect candidate:

- relevant SecOps experience and interest for 'blue team', defensive security topics,

- experience interacting with both technical and non technical teams about Security related topics

- incident management experience

- comfortable with our tech stack: Python and Django, Linux, AWS

At this point we are supporting an IT consultancy startup and help them to find Java Developers. The company is based in Utrecht but operates in multiple cities in the Netherlands (mainly Randstad).

The Java Developer will join a small team to realise personal projects (ex. podcasts, youtube channel, meet ups etc.), keep growing and learning during monthly internal meet ups, and will be supporting clients onsite.

This is a great opportunity for a Java Developer who feels that there is so much more to see, experiment and learn than what you do now. Founders and owners are both very experienced Java Developers and they know what it takes to build a great software. Next to supporting you in finding the right project for you they will keep investing in your technical skills.
