Connecting our purpose to practice.

Yesterday, colleagues from RGF Staffing Headquarters joined forces with RGF Staffing the Netherlands for a Skills Boost event as part of the RGF Connect Global Week of Impact 2026. Together with USG Professionals, USG Restart and Unique Senior, we provided practical, hands on guidance to around 70 participants, including seniors, people with a disability and individuals who have been unemployed long term and face barriers to work.

In a marketplace‑style setting, participants moved between stations to improve their CV, practice interview questions, build confidence, sharpen their professional presentation and explore concrete job and training opportunities. Many left with stronger tools, new connections and a clearer path towards employment.

The feedback said it all. As participant Anita shared: “It was an inspiring event. It showed me that growth always comes with obstacles, awareness and making choices. Everyone has such a unique mix of challenges, backgrounds and talents, and yet we are also very similar in our search for meaning and direction. It’s great to see how RGF Connect can support that journey.”

Ultimately, this event is our purpose in action: creating real impact for both candidates and clients.

Discovering untapped talent starts with curiosity.

Through RGF Connect, RGF Staffing France / Start People France reaches people who are often out of sight: candidates with potential, but without access to the right networks or the right people.

Aniya Gabes was one of them. After years in HR, she joined last year’s Global Week of Impact and eventually found her place in the IT team at RGF Staffing France.

“Your experience matters, but it is not the only thing that counts. Attend events and ask questions. You may discover an opportunity you never expected,” Aniya says.

During this year’s Global Week of Impact, RGF Staffing France is opening its doors again, hosting job speed‑dating sessions and open days. Compliance Officer Manon Gussy, Disability and Diversity Officer Pauline Allain and Marketing and Communication Director Aurélie Bourgeois are leading the way to help turn curiosity into real opportunities.

How do you open the door to a whole new pool of talent? Free from common assumptions and biases about people’s abilities.

That is exactly what the partnership between Amazon Australia and RGF Staffing ANZ / Chandler Macleod is all about. Through the RGF Connect program, candidates with disabilities are thriving in roles across fulfilment centers, logistics sites, and in support functions like IT and HR.

Together with Chandler Macleod, Amazon Australia invests in work readiness training, on the job adjustments and post placement support, creating a safe environment where people can grow. As Amazon’s Director Workforce Staffing Asia Pacific, Aravind Kumar Mallada, puts it: “For us, ‘hiring the best’ means looking beyond where everyone else fishes. It means finding exceptional people everywhere.”

Wayne Angus, Director of Operations, Amazon Australia, adds: “We create an equitable and diverse environment for people to thrive, develop, and grow.”

Being visually impaired should not stop anyone from travelling to work independently or using modern technology at the office. Unfortunately, outdated assumptions are still common.

At RGF Staffing HKSG, Sustainability Team member Carol Lam proves every day that these assumptions are wrong. From commuting across busy Hong Kong on her own to using AI and assistive technology at work, she shows how the right tools – and the right mindset – can turn barriers into opportunities

Together with CEO Annie Cheung, Carol also shares her story with clients and partners. She gives talks and workshops on working with visual impairments in a corporate setting, and how AI can act as an ‘extra pair of eyes’ that boosts independence at work. “What I learn can also help others.”

Inspired by Carol’s journey, Annie and her team are committed to supporting more people during this year’s RGF Connect Global Week of Impact, building a bridge towards truly inclusive workplaces. Annie: “Inclusive hiring is not charity. It works. For people, for teams and for businesses. When employers focus on strengths instead of assumptions, they discover talent they might otherwise overlook.”

After the success of last year’s first edition, the RGF Connect Global Week of Impact returns from 8–12 June 2026.

This year’s theme is Building Bridges to Employment. Together with our operating companies across ten countries and four continents, we create opportunities for people who face barriers to work, helping them gain access to meaningful, sustainable employment.
We are turning purpose into action through local initiatives: work-readiness support, job matching, mentorship, and strong partnerships that open doors to real job opportunities. During this week – and beyond – our teams will focus on creating impact in their communities.

As Melissa Fulmore Hardwick, Global Head of RGF Connect, puts it: “Through our RGF Connect initiatives, we demonstrated that employment has the power to transform lives and grow our clients’ businesses. This year, we are building on that momentum with an even sharper focus and greater ambition.”
We look forward to sharing the stories, results and learnings from this year’s Global Week of Impact.

Let’s make this impact together!
