Happy Easter weekend🐣🌷

A moment to step away from emails, meetings and busy to-do lists, and to enjoy a well-earned break (perhaps with a bit of chocolate too).

From Tuesday, we’ll be back refreshed and full of energy!

TTA joins forces with and BV.

Industrial production is under pressure. Increasing quality demands, rising costs and the risk of knowledge loss call for a new approach.

That is why we are joining forces with Progmatic and PROCIT: OT & production processes, AI & data analysis, and learning & knowledge retention.

Together, we help technical organisations improve quality, reduce waste and sustainably safeguard knowledge – straight from the factory floor.

A collaboration in which data, technology and people come together.
And you can feel that impact in practice.
Great people make great companies.

The final stretch.

Looking back, this year truly felt like a world in flux.
Everything moved and it moved fast.
Markets, plans, priorities, people.
Rapid change wasn’t the exception; it was the baseline.

There’s a Japanese saying that resonated with us this year:
When the mind is calm, the path reveals itself.

We’ve tried to live by that.
Staying true to ourselves.
Keeping calm when things moved fast.
Staying focused when the noise got loud.
And continuing to push forward together.

Through all of this, one thing stood out clearly: the people.

The teams, partners, clients, and friends who kept showing up, kept believing, and kept pushing forward with us. The hard work, resilience, late hours, honest conversations, and shared laughs made all the difference.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who has walked this road with us and given their energy, trust, and commitment along the way.

Along the way, we said goodbye to friends who took new paths, and we welcomed new ones who joined the journey. That mix of gratitude and renewal defined the year more than anything else. Change can be bittersweet, but it’s also how we grow.

One of our biggest steps was physical, but also symbolic: moving into our new building.

A clear marker that we’re not standing still. That we’re building for what’s next, not just reacting to what is.

As always, it wasn’t perfect. It rarely is. But it was real, meaningful, and full of momentum.

So, here’s to everyone who walked with us through the change. Thank you for the effort, the trust, and the belief.

Here’s to clarity in motion.

And here’s to a focused, intentional 2026 with calm minds and bold steps ahead.

Let’s keep going together!!

Proud to see our partnership featured in AMT!

For many years we’ve been working closely with Mazda to develop and deliver their technical training programmes. From entry level to Master Technician, and from classroom to online to hands-on training, the Mazda Academy enables technicians to keep growing their skills – and keep pace with the fast-moving world of automotive technology.

In the recent article, Mazda Nederland and shares how they approach training, personal development, and the future of technical expertise in their dealer network. It also highlights how training plays a key role in addressing industry challenges such as electrification and the shortage of skilled technicians.

At the heart of this commitment to growth are initiatives like the Open Learning Centre (OLC), where technicians apply their skills in real-world scenarios and identify areas for further development. Alongside this, the “New to Mazda” programme provides an intensive, engaging introduction for new technicians and dealer partners, helping them get up to speed quickly with Mazda’s technology and culture.

We’re proud that our colleagues and our collaboration are part of this story. Great people make great companies.

There are different ways to set up a VCT (Virtual Classroom Training). For some organisations, a studio set-up with full production is the right choice. It creates an immersive experience, supports large groups, and offers high production value.

For others, a more compact approach works better. A small-scale set-up, focused directly on the machines, engines or tools at the centre of the training. Practical, flexible, and easy to implement – without compromising on interaction or learning outcomes.

Recently, we delivered our very first VCT from our new location in Alblasserdam. A simple but effective set-up, showing that the strength of virtual training lies in its adaptability.

In the end, it’s not about one “best” format. It’s about finding the format that fits your people, your content, and your learning goals.

"That word is mispronounced."
A small comment, but one that can have a big impact on the learning experience.

We’re increasingly adding audio to our e-learning modules. Especially in technical environments, it works well: information is retained more effectively, and it’s more accessible for people who prefer listening over reading. And with AI-generated voices available in multiple languages, it all sounds quite straightforward. Just paste in the translation, click ‘generate’ and you're good to go… right?

In reality, it’s a bit more involved than that.

It starts with choosing the right voice. It needs to match the tone of your learning environment, but also fit the language and cultural expectations of your audience. What sounds confident and natural in one language might come across as too formal or flat in another. And do you want a calm, clear voice, or a more upbeat and energetic tone? The search for the right voice starts anew with every language.

Once you’ve found a suitable voice, you’ll quickly notice that AI doesn’t speak like a human. A sentence might sound rushed or the pitch rises unexpectedly, turning a statement into what sounds like a question. Small adjustments in punctuation, tempo or structure make a big difference. It is a process of fine-tuning: listening, adjusting and listening again until it is right.

And then there's pronunciation. This isn't always easy to judge if you don't speak the language yourself. That's why we involve native reviewers in the process. They listen, provide feedback and send audio examples where necessary. This allows us to confidently build clear, understandable audio in every language.

Creating great audio takes time. But you see the results in how people learn: with greater focus, more confidence, and a stronger impact on the job. When you invest in how people learn, you invest in their potential. And that’s exactly what we believe in: great people make great companies.

Curious how audio could enhance your learning content? We’d love to hear from you.

Launching a new product in a popular segment? Make sure your team is as prepared as your technology.

Sometimes there is a clear shift in the market. A segment grows explosively in popularity. Demand rises, competition moves with it, and customer expectations change rapidly.

Imagine: your organisation seizes this moment to develop a new product. Specifically targeted at that fast-growing market. Innovative? Definitely. But what if your team has no experience in this segment?
Developing the technology is one thing. But success starts with your people – from sales to service. They need to be able to respond to the new target group. Customers with different questions. Different wishes. A different way of making decisions.

Together with Mazda Europe, we developed several practical events and tailor-made training materials. Focused on product knowledge, but above all on customer communication and market insights. Practical, recognisable and directly applicable.

Because if your team can tell a story that the target group understands and trusts, you are already one step ahead of the competition. Even before the product is launched.

The result? A stronger team that is ready to grow in a changing market.
