๐ Schedule: MondayโFriday, 8:30 AM โ 5:00 PM (EST)
๐ฐ Compensation: USD $900 โ $1,350/month

Type: Independent Contractor (Full-time, 40 hrs/week)

* Make 100+ outbound calls daily to existing customers (no cold calling)
* Manage a high volume of email communications, especially for commercial accounts
* Follow up to fill the companyโs three-day scheduling board
* De-escalate customer concerns and provide positive resolutions
* Coordinate with internal teams and the scheduling department
* Keep accurate CRM records of all customer interactions
* Support membership program growth through proactive engagement

* C2-level English (written and spoken)
* 2+ years of customer service experience
* Strong phone and email communication skills
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Experience with CRM systems and email management tools
* Reliable internet (25 MB+) and a quiet home office setup
* Confident in making outbound calls to existing customers

* Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services industries
* Background in appointment scheduling or outbound sales
* Prior call center experience handling phone + email workflows
