*1. Project Manager* (Factory Build Lead)
*Position Summary*
The Project Manager oversees the end-to-end construction and commissioning of the factory. Responsible for managing timelines, budgets, contractors, and regulatory compliance to ensure the facility is delivered on schedule and within cost.
*Key Responsibilities*
Develop and manage the overall project plan, including timelines, budgets, and milestones.
Coordinate contractors, engineers, and consultants.
Interface with government bodies (Works, Lands, Investment, Environment) for permits and approvals.
Monitor site progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure quality standards are met.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for senior management and investors.
Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
*Qualifications*
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
PMP/Prince2 certification preferred.
Minimum 8 years of construction or industrial project management experience.

*2. Civil Engineer*
*Position Summary*
Responsible for structural design, civil works ex*****on, and supervision of site preparation, drainage, road construction, and buildings for the factory.
*Key Responsibilities*
Oversee site clearing, foundation laying, drainage, and roadworks.
Supervise structural works (factory buildings, offices, warehouses).
Conduct quality control checks on construction materials.
Ensure civil works meet Nigerian building codes and safety standards.
Liaise with contractors and ensure adherence to project specifications.
*Qualifications*
B.Sc. Civil/Structural Engineering.
COREN registration preferred.
5+ years’ experience in industrial facility projects.
*Skills/Competencies*
Strong understanding of civil works and material standards.
AutoCAD/Revit proficiency.
Excellent site supervision and problem-solving skills.

*3. Mechanical Engineer*
*Position Summary*
Handles installation and maintenance of mechanical systems and factory production lines. Ensures all machines (mixers, plodders, cutters, dryers) are correctly installed and commissioned.
*Key Responsibilities*
Supervise mechanical installation of factory equipment.
Review technical drawings, machine specs, and installation manuals.
Ensure proper alignment, fitting, and safety of machines.
Coordinate with vendors for equipment testing and commissioning.
Establish preventive maintenance schedules.
*Qualifications*
B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering.
COREN registration preferred.
5+ years in FMCG/industrial plant projects.

*4. Electrical Engineer*
*Position Summary*
Responsible for electrical systems, including factory wiring, transformers, distribution panels, and integration of solar/diesel backup systems.
*Key Responsibilities*
Design and supervise installation of electrical systems.
Oversee transformer, step-down, and distribution network setup.
Integrate hybrid energy (solar, generator, grid).
Ensure compliance with Nigerian electrical codes and safety standards.
Maintain power system logs and prepare load analysis reports.

B.Sc. Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
COREN registration preferred.
5+ years in industrial electrical projects.

*5. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer*
*Position Summary*
Ensures the safety of all construction and factory installation activities, compliance with HSE regulations, and implementation of environmental management systems.
*Key Responsibilities*
Develop and implement HSE plans for the project site.
Conduct daily safety briefings and site inspections.
Investigate accidents/incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) compliance.
Liaise with NESREA/State Ministry of Environment on EIA compliance.
*Qualifications*
B.Sc. in Safety, Engineering, or Environmental Science.
NEBOSH/IOSH certification required.
3+ years in construction or manufacturing HSE roles.

Strong knowledge of Nigerian HSE laws.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Incident reporting and analysis.

*6. Financial Controller / Project Accountant*
*Position Summary*
Responsible for financial oversight of the factory construction phase, ensuring transparent tracking of expenditures, investor reporting, and compliance with accounting standards.
*Key Responsibilities*
Maintain detailed cost tracking for all construction activities.
Prepare financial forecasts, cash flow statements, and variance reports.
Monitor payments to contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
Support audits and provide financial reports to the Board and PPP partners.
Ensure compliance with Nigerian tax and regulatory frameworks.
*Qualifications*
B.Sc. in Accounting/Finance; ACA/ACCA preferred.
7+ years of accounting/finance experience.
Experience in capital projects or manufacturing sector.
*Skills/Competencies*
Strong financial modeling and forecasting.
Proficiency in QuickBooks/ERP systems.
Attention to detail and transparency.

*7. Procurement & Supply Chain Officer*
*Position Summary*
Handles procurement of construction materials, equipment, and factory machinery, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.
*Key Responsibilities*
Source and procure construction inputs (cement, steel, etc.).
Manage importation, customs clearance, and logistics of factory machinery.
Negotiate supplier contracts and ensure best value.
Maintain procurement logs and supplier database.
Liaise with shipping agents and freight forwarders.
*Qualifications*
B.Sc. Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Admin.
5+ years procurement experience in manufacturing/industrial projects.
Knowledge of Nigerian procurement regulations.
*Skills/Competencies*
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Familiar with INCOTERMS and international trade.
Excellent organizational skills.
*Reports To: Financial Controller / Project Manager.*
*8. PPP / Government Liaison Officer*
*Position Summary*
Serves as the company’s representative with Abia State Government, ensuring smooth relationships with Ministries of Works, Lands, Investment, Labor, and Environment.
*Key Responsibilities*
Act as primary point of contact with government agencies.
Track and fast-track permits, approvals, and compliance certificates.
Attend government PPP and investment meetings.
Ensure alignment with Abia State’s industrial and PPP frameworks.
Prepare government briefing documents and progress reports.
*Qualifications*
B.Sc. in Public Administration, Law, or Business.
5+ years’ experience in government relations or PPP roles.
Familiarity with Abia State government structure and PPP frameworks.
