Personal Assistant Urgently Needed

As a Personal Assistant, you will be at the heart of a business or organisation. Working alongside your manager, you will prove invaluable in helping support them with the day-to-day running of the business with administrative and secretarial work.

Duties can include everything from helping with time and daily management, scheduling of meetings, correspondence, and note-taking. The Personal Assistant can also expect to answer phone calls, take notes, schedule meetings and send emails on behalf of your manager as well as organise events.

Health Consultant Needed

We are currently in need of a responsible Healthcare Consultant to coordinate our medical services. With this, you should understand healthcare regulations and be able to handle medical information discretely with the ability to complete administrative tasks accurately, and in a timely manner,
Responsibilities:
• Educate individuals and organizations on health issues
• Maintain medical and staff records
• Track medical and office supplies stock
• Update patient health records,
• Create work schedules for staff members
• Keep records of expenses and suggest ways to minimize costs
• Answer queries from doctors, nurses and patients
