We are HIRING prospective candidate to oversee the quality of the standards we've established for all our short let apartments.
POSITION: QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Professional qualification(s) in hotel management
2. A minimum of 3years work experience in hotel management
3. Must have worked in a similar role in a reputable hotel
4. Customer service skills
5. He/ she must have OCD
6. He/ she must be numerical i.e. ability to do some arithmetical analysis
7. Must be proficient in the use of office suits
8. Having a car or knowing how to drive with a valid driver's license will be an added advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensure Customer Satisfaction of every guest in all apartments
2. Ensure all apartments comply with company’s quality standard
3. Inspect each apartment for quality standard a minimum of two times a month and submit report of findings to management
4. Supervise all Facility Resident Officers and Cleaners to ensure they are all doing their work
5. Ensure that all apartments are in a lettable condition before arrival of guests.
6. Ensure Facility Resident Officers call all guests before arrival and after departure to ensure customer satisfaction and obtain reviews
7. Ensure any damaged items in any apartment is repaired or replaced within 12hours
8. Ensure customer loyalty points are recorded and updated daily
9. Report monthly disbursement of sales promotional items
10. Ensure bedsheets, towels and duvet are sparkling white at all times
11. Ensure facilities provided in all apartments are well maintained and serviced as and when due
SALARY: N250,000 monthly
