Responsibilities
Maintain and update company databases.
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Help to push sales and meet monthly target.
Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
Requirements and skills
HND / B.Sc Degree in any related field
1-2 years experience in similar role.
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, PowerPoint) Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of self confidence and ability to create new ideas
